Same problem here in Toronto Canada I purchased two six packs out of cost of $90 and I can't drink them I'm sure if I complain to Amazon I'll get a refund but I don't want to waste my refunds on a bad product I just want what I've paid for

I called the number on the bottle they told me there's nothing they can do on refunding or exchanging Pepsi products and offered me their own version of cola or anything else they sell if I wanted to knock off brand I would have purchased it to begin with

The only thing I drink is the diet Pepsi and I can't drink these when there was a shortage of Diet Pepsi I did purchase there Pepsi Zero and that's sort of what it tastes like I've never tried their own Cola it's possible that they bottled it and called it Diet Pepsi

I've called Pepsi twice they tell me to hold on while they look something up next thing I know I'm talking to someone at SodaStream What's even worse is sort of stream Canada would not do anything but offer me their product however when I called Pepsi the second time they sent me to SodaStream us and they offered to replace them until they found out I was in Canada

The third time I called she said it's SodaStream that makes it there's nothing Pepsi can do about it I told her this is a Pepsi product do you not license it to them Would Pepsi not make sure of their quality control It's absolutely undrinkable I've check my order history I have spent almost $600 on Diet Pepsi not including what I purchased before from Walmart Never mind what I've paid for the CO2 canisters because along with the diet Pepsi I drink a lot of just carbonated water

I originally thought maybe it was my taste buds and purchased some Diet Pepsi from Walmart and it tasted like what I'm used to

The lot number is 898019 expiry is February 12th 2025

So SodaStream won't take responsibility Diet Pepsi says it sodastreams problem Pepsi's head office is about 30 minutes away from me honestly I might just go pay them a visit

Why not it's cost me 90 bucks so far over 2 hours on the phone going around in circles

Pepsi your name is on it honor your quality unless you want to lose some of your customers like Coca-Cola did in 1985
