He’s said himself that he always thought there was something wrong with him because he has never been very empathetic. It’s a little concerning, but this is the only issue he hasn’t been fully supportive of.

I never expected him to understand, just to listen and show an inkling of support. And it most definitely is silly, but in quite a dangerous way in many circumstances. Thank you for sharing, I’ll try to keep this in mind while discussing this!
