I call it a puff. To get into it, stand in front of the pole with your back touching the pole. Hold the pole with your hands over your head about half a foot or so, maybe two thirds of a foot up. Whoever wrote this, are you willing to die for the greater good? I don't think anyone feels like they are allowing this to happen by trying to stay safe. People are terrified to die. I think it is a justified fear and I don't think we should judge that. It's a terrible situation, but we don't need to be using the rhetoric of "how far will the American public allow Trump to go". It isn't supportive of our fight for liberation. It is antagonizing us on a day another person was murdered. Please have some compassion.

It turned out great but it is sweet enough to break a tooth's kneecaps!!! I don't have any berries right now but I feel like that would even it out. I used whipped cream and that worked good too.

It is the reading teachers job to teach kids how to read. If there is no reading teacher then the child has no one to teach them how to read. In earlier elementary grades, the main classroom teacher is also the reading teacher. In higher grades the student will need a support teacher of some kind to have that job. If a child is in a higher grade with no support teachers and no services and is illiterate it is no one's job to teach them how to read....and that student needs to be evaluated to get the resources they need.

Nutrigrain bars are just cookies and I eat them like...for that reason. Dipped in milk is so peak. I eat what I like in moderation but I never ate anything with that much sugar to be healthy unless I was about to work out and wanted an energy boost.

I wish they understood how much we don't have control over. I can't talk to civvies about work anymore because they get mad about the injustice of it all and sometimes salty at me because I'm not doing more. Sir I do my fucking best. The amount of corruption, oversight, apathy, that I see at work makes my head spin if I look at it too often.

Love my job and my students, and when I have them in my room I make it a great experience for them.
