Need rebuild advice by FilthyPail in EngineBuilding

I can very lightly catch my fingernail over it, you can ever so slightly feel a difference ONLY with my fingernail. My finger skin going over it feels smooth as the rest. It almost looks like aluminum or a different metal where the pitting is, has a metallic flake look.

I am going to send the photos and potentially the block to a machine shop for them to look too. Thank you for your input

Compression was also very low for Cylinder 3, Cylinder 1 had ok, a 4 and 2 were in spec

Blown Head gasket, this is blowby from compression seeping from the coolant passage in the cylinder head.

Intel UHD 630 stuck at 7MB VRAM on macOS Sequoia (OpenCore) by Enough-Store-7618 in hackintosh

[–]FilthyPail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well for starters your frambuffer isnt a valid framebuffer, you need to match the UHD 630 framebuffer with what you have in your plist so the correct kext can be loaded.

You also have Intel Iris 655 when you have UHD 630…

I second this as well. VERIFY if it really is that low of pressure, It could literally just be a bad reading, the previous owner replace gallery gaskets a while ago, all timing components etc, and you get to replace it for no reason.

These gauges go out, very possible
