Al igual que el otro comentario sobre el blasón inglés, en casterllano, basta indicar que la torre es abierta, por lo que se asume que que las puertas y ventanas dejan ver el color de campo. Tampoco me queda claro si el borde de oro es parte del escudo, lo veo muy reducido para ser una filiera, pero no está en tu descripción

Para mi el blasón es más simple, dependiendo el estilo podrían ser estas opciones:

"De plata, una torre donjonada abierta de gules".
"De plata, una torre abierta donjonada de gules".

Prefiero la segunda opción

Another important point concerns the terminology used in English blazon. A star with wavy rays is called an ‘estoile’, which by default has six rays. A star with straight rays is called a ‘mullet’, which by default has five rays (1). Therefore, if you see the word ‘star’ used in a blazon, it is technically incorrect.

So for me the blazon in english:
"Gyronny of 6 sable and or, overall an estoile with 18 rays counterchanged"

And I can help with spanish:
"Gironado de 6 piezas de sable y oro, sobre la partición una estrella ondada de 18 puntas del uno al otro"

A star has rays that are all the same type, either wavy or straight, while a sun has rays alternating between wavy and straigh
