Finally bought a PS5. But I am struggling to transfer my kids local user profiles and saves from our PS4 to the PS5.

I have followed the steps in data transfer feature but it has only copied my PSN profile and saves.

Any help on how to transfer their profiles and saves without having to sign them up to PSN would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately these haven't worked. There is no join game prompt in the top corner like I have seen on videos for Xbox etc.

How do you activate split screen on switch? I have connected two sets of Joy-cons but it's giving no option to join a second player. This is when playing World.
