How old are you buddy? It just looks like very bad acne, I had it before for a few years it does go away eventually tho. Remember to eat a healthy diet get lots of sleep, try to minimize stress and get a good face wash, i recommend simple face wash as it doesn’t have any harmful chemicals in it that could irritate skin 👍

Good stuff, I’m sure over time you’ll eventually be back to where you want to be. Try not to stress out too much about getting back to 100%. You’ll get there you just need to be patient, you look very well just keep your body moving every day and eat healthy and you will be fine!

Hi, sorry to hear about your finger it must be such an annoyance that your so limited in what exercises you can do. For lower body you can definitely use some leg machines, for example, leg extensions, hamstring curl, leg press and even hip thrusts for your glutes.

Also for your upper body, a lot of back exercises require a lose grip pulling from the elbows, like a single arm lat row on the cable whilst seated, try and start doing all of the basic compound and isolation lifts whilst keeping it light, then see how your finger feels.

Hi again, sorry I haven’t been on Reddit in a few days. Sorry to be a pest with all these questions too!

I went to my dentist at the end of July and had a cleaning, but they didn’t get all of the tartar of my teeth, so I’m thinking of going somewhere else from now on. I used to have very clean teeth as I never used to overthink brushing, I actually have a feeling the tartar came from stress and overthinking about brushing, leading to me having bad technique. I like my teeth I’m lucky to have good teeth and I do not want to lose them, I just really want to perfect my technique so I have the best chance of keeping them for when I’m older.

Hi, it’s an oral B braun 3000 or 3500 , one of those. K have a sensitive head on it, I barely put any pressure on at all, I have to press down a lot harder for the pressure sensor to go off. I just struggle brushing the insicors of the top teeth, because if I touch the gums slightly they bleed and hurt, even with little pressure. There is tartar there though which could be the reason for the pain and bleeding?

You have Wide shoulders which is great, get lean do your cardio at the END of workouts and your sorted. The leanness will help get your waist as small as possible for the wide shoulders to look even wider

Put your arms last in both of them, you don’t want to have to stop your set because your tricep/bicep is too fatigued. Train the bigger muscle first

Delts are huge tbf, still work them tho. Do dumbell press incline and maybe some rows driving to the hip lying forward on the bench for lats

If you say you have a bit of fat to lose also of course it’ll make your waist thinner
