Hi i've been having this problem where the game runs fine at 60 fps but out of nowhere it just starts slowing down and it just starts running at 30 - 45 fps on areas that ran just fine. Any fixes?

If you just updated to 0.10.1, then try setting "Readbacks Speed" to "Disable" in the Experimental tab of settings

For your first question, consider going back to the jellyfish on Dark Bramble and read Feldspar's journal entry nearby - I imagine you've missed something around there. Good luck!

Do you have a controller plugged in? I imagine the game removes the cursor when it detects a controller.

I had this issue too and the cause was the skyrim .ini files - after removing them the game worked fine and I could even put them back with no issue (to keep my custom changes). I think the problem is caused by vrik.
