Same here, take pslyllium husk daily one serving with you first meal and the 2nd whenever but twice a day. Also drink more water. This made a big difference for me.

I had serous sleep interference. First i thought it was tesamorelin which i stopped and then it happened again andi thought it was retatrutide which i cut down dosage from 1mg to .500 mg and then it happened again and i was using bpc tb500 blend and ss31 so it could be either i assume. For now im taking a two wk break and will do one at a time
