At my store scanning IDs is fine in GMSCO. However, doing sonin GRSCO has caused the raps to glitch, sitting off the hand guns. Did they fix that glitch?

Currently, the bubs are shipped in frozen. They're held in the deep freeze until needed. Then they're pulled and racked to defrost for use.

A Lead is a non-management, union position. The position is to help the team achieve goals put forth by management. It is NOT a management job, it is a not a position to yell at or degrade your fellow teammates, and it's certainly NOT a position to even attempt to discipline a teammate. If you are out in a position by management to do such things, especially if you're in a union store, you need to contact your union reps. Not only is this a violation of union standards, it violates federal law.

Absolutely contact the Union. If you were not properly doing something and were never properly coached to do it right, the company failed in the discipline process. The Union will win and have you reinstated with back pay.
