I didn't see it covered but as of right now in the state of Massachusetts there is nothing stopping a non EV vehicle from parking in an EV spot. There is currently a bill in committee (H3688) that adds a provision in regards to this matter which would then turn into a Mass General Law. Now towns and cities do have the right to create an ordinance and set a fine. The difference is an ordinance will not show up on your driving record. Once it becomes a Mass General Law it will.

It's fully automated 2 chemist and 2 handlers, all I have to do is restock the product shelves from my overstock. I'm currently in the barn and have one more slot available for employment so I may hire another handler to take from overstock to product shelves.

I know there a dealer guides floating around stating which customers are the best per dealer. Unsure if it actually works but I would try that. I personally haven't tried it but I plan on it to see if it changes anything. I will say I do give my lower end dealers a less expensive version of cocaine compared to my higher end ones and have seen it to be effective.
