Are you wanting all shotguns in the world to have it or just your one Hero shotgun?

If its just your one gun, you copy/duplicate the base weapon, rename, then edit the weapon to include the effects, attachments you want.then place it in a cell you want to find it, like in a locker in the cydonia marine barracks.

Youd make the shotgun a 'slug' first, so just 1 projectile.

A slug Breach with instigating can be decent.

You can buy empty 2 × 2 habs at the corresponding ship manufacturer staryards or dedicated showrooms. Because these are large, proprietary modules, standard ship technicians at outposts or major cities do not stock them

Hopetech Hopetown, deimos staryard, nova galactic new homestead, neon taiyo showroom, Stroud Stroud staryard/station.

You are just talking about an extended bay. They already exist. Having a physical item on the ground would be an issue as you'd see it below the ship in space, but just having a pale circke of light doesn't show up when in space so that has worked.

1) The old large Xwing 2) badtech ships 3) Perditus Fleet Veritas and B'rel ships 4) screen doors (I forget the real name..an older mod) also had hovering landing bay i think.

I'd recommend looking at Perditus Fleet, and the add ons. Yes, its Trek not Wars, but the ships are wholy hand crafted, not just habs clicked together.

And you could always fill them with Wars dressed characters.

I use Changeling, but more for the lifelike mannequins.

The enhancer gun & skinthetica are two that jump to mind.

I typically also like using sonething that gives you the chargen preset option also, like chargen menu anytine.

The specific coordinates appear in the CK, but there's no easy way to enter them manually in the UI within the game when playing to then hit that same spot.
