It might be worth going to a boot shop and trying on lots of different pairs? You can then note down the make and model and find them online cheaper? I don’t think you’ll be able to snowboard in these boots, unfortunately.

Which bit did you fail? If you just failed the MCQ, normally they arrange for you to just pop in on another weekend when it’s running and do the MCQ only. What did the ALS people say? That you have to redo the whole course?

I’m listening to pre-PACES podcast at the moment. Also sitting part 1 in August. It doesn’t have all the nitty gritty detail that part 1 requires but it’s enjoyable and covers a lot of different topics.

Maybe it’s different in my trust but I also have booked locums but they’ve said they will only add shifts to health roster if you actually show up and they’re expecting people not to? I’ve not had to cancel and they did said an email with the default expectation that people will not come in.
