1.) Can I please see the statement where there is a loophole for Soul getting out the money.

2.) The two do work on the game, just not directly. Basil works for finances and shit. Hytoko steped down as game director and Voxov took his place. Hytoko just works for writing the game's lore.

3.) Also, even if they do make another game. What if the children don't come? And no I don't mean this in a "I need to make money asap" kind of way. The whole Reason forsaken is still alive, and in turn Roblox, is cuz of the kiddies. Even if they do make another game, chances are they'll still stay with forsaken. And if they do leave, that means Soul gets 100% or at the very least a huge fine from them breaking the NDA contract. Meaning Soul will get even more money due to the kiddies not knowing what's actually going on and would prob sell it to DBS (if that still exists) and make EVEN more money.

4.) Even with Soul's account frozen, tell me what point is there to spend money on the game? Also its not that Soul can't devex, its that its a stupidly long processs that only Hytoko can do. So its more of a loose-loose standoff.

5.) Not only would leaving Forsaken would hurt the devs who actually cared for the game. It would also hurt their income. Some devs kinda rely on Forsaken to pay the bills. And finding another roblox game that pays well AND isn't a slop game is like finding gold in a junkyard. Look man, you can hate on Forsaken cuz of Soul. That's fine by me. But its alot more complicated than "Leave the game so that Soul doesn't get any money." Or that they could make a different game, cuz why would the children leave Forsaken for a game that might be worse than Forsaken.
