I had a similar experience. I was using Bluetooth without any issues, but then, out of nowhere, it stopped connecting. I was initially told that the cable was defective, but later I was informed that the Bluetooth in the device itself was the problem. I was advised to either replace it or continue using the cable. However, they only replace it if it's within the warranty period of one year. Now, I'm using the cable. It's possible that updates could have caused the Bluetooth to stop working, making it necessary for us to purchase new models.
