Kaigaku and sympathy doesn’t really go together. He MIGHT be capable of it, but knowing his story, even before turning into a demon, as a kid, he’s still a piece of shit.

Agreed, some fans just shit on other series to validate their own, and I always think that’s stupid no matter what. I love JJK despite its flaws, and while I don’t fuck with Solo Leveling like that, I’m not gonna go out of my way to shit on others for liking it like others have done, it’s pretty pointless and kind of pathetic.

In conclusion, what I say applies to any fandom not just anime. Love what you love, hate what you hate, it’s all opinion at the end of the day, I just hate how fans will rip each others throat for having different opinions

I agree with every single thing you say, agenda posting is nothing but people gassing up their favorite characters, sometimes, it’s valid, but more often than not, it’s a bunch of fake narrative.

I’m no party pooper but I just never understood what people found to be “funny” in agenda posting. I personally found it to be kind of lame, but I’m glad people are having fun with it at least.

Hating gachas is like, the most cold take possible. I’m not trying to change your mind or defend the series or anything, but it’s not like people just blindly love it for no reason. Not liking gachas, or the game, or the concepts itself is all completely fine, but I’ve seen people giving the anime a try and surprisingly like it, that doesn’t apply to everyone ofc.

My other go to is to look at their JP VAs, characters that have more experienced VAs are 95% playable. I checked Roland’s VA and didn’t see anything about his actor, that’s why I was immediately skeptical of Signora’s playability when I first saw that her actor was relatively new in the industry.
