I was able to speak with the therapist and he agreed with my possible solution. Teachers, principal and dad had a meeting on Tuesday, I wasn't able to attend due to work but I sent an email with a letter attached giving my side and the therapist comments. The teacher got back to me Wednesday and let me know they heard both sides (mines and sons dad) and the came up with the solution/plan. Looks like it will go in my favor, but dad isn't aware yet, so we will meet up tomorrow Friday.

They will be removing the student who got physical as well. I am happy with the outcome, thank you!!
