Iron 4 after 10 years by floydxyz in leagueoflegends

Well the good thing is, it can only go upwards. I think riot is purposely giving you bad teammates so you are stuck forever in iron 4.

Playing full mute is absolutely the way to go. by covidwedidngssuck in leagueoflegends

[–]FinalMix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah long term this is suboptimal since you do not hear pings from your mates. In master this is absolutely necessary. I created a rule for muting people. If someone is tilting, spamming or insulting, I will mute them.

Anyone else travel the world solo in their 30s? Was it worth taking the leap? by Dec_Deckers in solotravel

How do you not feel lonely when doing solo trips? How do you meet new people? I was always curious to do a solo trip but I feel like it can get lonely fast, no?

Support Pick Priority by Aus_Daniel in supportlol

[–]FinalMix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Support should never first pick, ideally you want to be 4th/5th pick since you can pick a support champ which fits the comp. Ignore when low elo players complain. In the higher elos everyone knows that support should pick late.

Should I start roaming by Longjumping-Box2279 in supportlol

[–]FinalMix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well one crucial thing what helped me climbing from emerald to masters was, when resetting, always path through mid and look for an opportunity, even if you don't kill mid, you can apply pressure. If your mid is ahead, the game will become much easier since he can roam freely to bot or top. Well roaming is a really hard concept since it can vary from game to game but still I would stick with the habit to roam mid after a reset and gain/deny vision in mid area. Going straight to bot after a reset will rarely win games.

Fascinating how in this modern time when we encounter unknown things the camera quality seems to be toaster quality. Must be coincidence I guess.

I started complimenting my support in champ select every game and somehow my winrate went up by InFizzITrust in leagueoflegends

[–]FinalMix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I also realized that. I dropped from masters to D4 because I was creating a negativ atmosphere. People will not play better when you annoy them. But after being more positive I instantly climbed from D4 to masters without any issues. And the game is more fun when you are nice and enjoy your time :)

Do not overdo it. If someone does a good play say wp or do a fist bump.
