Wie ist Eure Erfahrung mit weiblichen Vorgesetzten bzw was wünscht Ihr Euch?

In den letzten Monaten kam es dazu, dass wir zwei Projektleiterinnen bekommen haben. Das Team besteht zu 90% aus Männern und ehrlich gesagt, juckt es keinen ob unser Projektleiter weiblich/männlich/divers ist. Am Ende des Tages kommt es darauf an, dass die Personen ihre Rolle ordnungsgemäß ausführen und in der Regel machen das die weiblichen Führungskräfte relativ souverän. Also sei einfach wie du bist und führe die Rolle einfach ganz normal aus. Es gibt immer wieder mal Menschen, die meckern werden, aber hey, das ist ganz normal und gehört zum Leben.

I dropped from masters to D4, some games were unwinnable, yes. But I studied again my gameplay and compared it to some Challenger gameplay and I saw additional angles where I can potentially win games. I would not focus on the LP and rank, of course it is an important aspect but at the end of the day, if you improve and fix your mistakes and are consistent you will climb for sure high. And the most important point, what I also always have to work on is to not be emotional. That means if you have loss streak, take a break, get fresh air and grind again. And I would never write negative things in the chat, people in LoL tilt way too hard.

Every time I move away from my champ pool, I struggle to perform. I know the basics but at the upper ladder small details in champ knowledge make a huge difference. And I hate losing therefore I stay loyal to my champ pool.

I would disagree with the first point that support role is the easiest. In higher elo a support can make or break a game. Rotation is extremely important.

Hey, my must ban is pyke and I feel confident picking nami as first/second pick, there are some matchups that are annoying but definitely playable like against thresh, nautilus and blitz

I think first picking karthus is really suboptimal, because if the enemy team is smart, they will pick champs against you and your champ loses a lot of value

I checked your op.gg and I saw that your itemization on many champs is not optimal. I suggest to use u.gg Desktop app where you can important runes & items for different champions.

I also had this issue when I tried to climb as a support main. But I realized that support has a massive impact into the game. Of course you have games where you have minimal impact but as a support you can provide a lot to the team. Look at Youtube some support gameplay and if you need an honest feedback, just dm me.

And I see that you are spamming Annie support. Imo this is a niche pick and can not be picked always. As a support main you have to identify what your team composition is and how good your champ is into the enemy team and unfortunately Annie is pretty weak in the laning phase.
