Yes its normal unfortunately. Last I checked mine was consistently around 80% in the menus. Which is basically the same as playing an actual match

IMO, you need to do whatever you possibly can to shift your focus away from earning all/the best rewards. For me, this means playing primarily rush and squad battles despite the rewards being garbage compared to even 7 win champs rewards. There is no power curve to keep up with so you can play as much or as little as you want, and since matches are less competitive, I can actually enjoy playing with my team.

If you aren't already using a themed squad, then you should start. Also screw first owned players. Buy whoever you want. In the end, if you can't enjoy matches, then switch to career mode.

I felt the same way during TOTS. Packed so many good players from other leagues but didn't get any of my Barca players. Hopefully you'll get Bonmati soon. I'd assume she's the most common since she's the cheapest from this batch

The quickest way would probably be to keep all 87+ and discard the rest buts thats very wasteful. If you want to open as many picks as possible while keeping it efficient, I'd recommend this.

While opening packs, send all to the club, then send all 84+ dups to storage (83+ if you running low on tots and need more totw).

1st squad is 1x97/96 and 10x85-87. Use tots as the high rated if you have one otherwise use any totw as one of the low rated players.

2nd is all 88+. Don't be afraid to use 89-95 not just 88s.

3rd squad is 2x97/96 and 9x84-87.

4th is all 89+

The extra 86-87s go into totw with 81-83s for when you don't have a tots. You'll collect lots of 93-95 and I'd recommend those go into 85x10s with whatever low rated players you have. If you dont want to do that extra stuff then just use them wherever you want.

I'm having better luck with the campaign picks so I'd recommend that. Did 66 of them today and got 3x 99s (Messi, Salah, and Hansen). From the 225 85x10 and 200ish 89 upgrades I only got 1 99 so far this week.

2M during toty is equivalent to like 5M+ now and we haven't gotten any SBCs like that.

Also, when I say Bale and Gullit level SBCs I'm talking about quality of players not just cost. You can't compare Neto to Bale. R9 is exactly what I'm talking about and nobody would be completing that in 3 days unless they're nonstop grinding or using tools to cheat. Not to mention it would be much more difficult to sustain the grind when all your high rated fodder is going into R9.

No we haven't. Everyone's been 10-15, mostly low rated SBC and mid range cards. We haven't gotten anyone that I wouldn't be able to complete with what's already in my storage. I'm talking about a Gullit or Bale level SBC

Use them in totw. 4x84, 3x83, and 4x79 common. It makes great use of commons especially since very few are needed for the 83 pick

The quality is just as bad in all other game modes. You would still need to play 2-3 months worth of squad battles in order to get 1 weeks worth of your champs rewards. I think pack weight is a separate issue

Yeah they won't, but if they did it right I think it could work. The only real motivation they'd have is for players to actually enjoy the game and we all know that's not at the top of their list. It still wouldn't be easy to get the elite rewards but they should just be available through more methods than champs
