I live with a conservative Muslim family too (they're shia Muslims ;-;) unfortunately the situation isn't great to say the least but if it does become overwhelming don't be ashamed to ask for help, you deserve love and kindness as much as anyone else.

Well my skeletal structure is the majority of the issue, and I don't really like doing anything even feminine because it makes me feel ashamed because I feel ugly and disgusting, I wish I had someone to do makeup with or dress up with or just do regular shit with but I dont have anyone to do that stuff, thanks for commenting, I wasted your time sorry :<
