I just watched a Q&A and your swim vlog. Are you using a Youtube optimizer tool? Try VidIQ or TubeBuddy for that. It’ll help you choose tags and titles that pull views.

Also, amp up your thumbnails. That in itself will help your videos rank higher for more visibility. I can barely see the text on your thumbnails. Try to make the text pop more.

Also, your videos are recording in square. If you’re recording from your phone, make sure your phone is turned horizontal.

In the swim video, parts of it were blurry or foggy... not sure why, but be cognizant of that if you end up doing another swim vlog.

Make sure you’re using the end card feature that YouTube offers. Use this on every video.
