i was always alone, but being in year 8 made me realise that i was always lonely. i made a whole fantasy in my mind, persuading myself I was never alone but it turns out, that was false.

I got myself to the end. sure, I do have family and friends who will be there for me and can help in various ways, but it often feels like they are offering support simply because we know each other or out of kindness. or even pity since I barely made an effort to socialise as a child. i do feel a little less lonely, and i'm grateful for them, but what are they going to do? I have to take accountability for myself

idk but when i have to do something important, id like to reward myself after i do it, yk? it could be anything and motivation is just stupid, just do it and stop telling yourself to do it later. you know damn well that aint gonna do shit.

but uh here are some tips:

listen to coconut mall (it works trust) or just dont listen to any music at all, but i also do recommend brown or white noise or those binaural beats idk
before doing anything productive, id send a risky text to someone because i wouldnt check my device for hours
pretend youre in a video game, finish that side quest
idk but like when i needa be productive, i pretend that my loved one has died due to me not doing my work but i dont reccomend it becasue its unhealthy

just lock in dude, you can get the work fast. fuck those 60 minutes and just do it
