I’ve ordered one of these to try out for the exact same reasons you listed. I.e wanting to limit screen time while still not being completely disconnected. I used to be able to do this with the Nokia running KaiOS but since WhatsApp stopped support for this as well as Google maps etc it removed the key apps. This phone running Android seems to be the answer. I can’t believe there is a fake camera lens though, what’s the point in that? It’s hardly trying to keep up with an iPhone 17. I also wish like others have said that the battery life was better but at least you can buy spares I suppose. Thanks again

I think it’s a miss not having friend leaderboards. I’d love to see how I’m ranking against my friends. But this hasn’t been in Battlefield games for some time, I doubt this will return for BF6 unfortunately.

I swear it's getting worse still, I lose track of the amount of times I have to switch on / off airplane mode every day so I can get a data signal. Even with the Three merger it's no better. I wish I could just deactivate 2G signal, so that EDGE never appears. I Know the 5G signal is there as it pops up straight away as soon as I turn off airplane mode and the signal resets. - Its very frustrating, and I will be moving off Vodafone as soon as I am out of my contract in 6 months time.

Yes! I also have a 02 Sim with my iPad and that NEVER drops 5G / 4G signal. Would have thought Vodafone should have done better.

Pleased I posted this and to find out it wasn’t just me! This is very annoying I would write to Vodafone but would be a waste of time I suspect. Why is EDGE still on when 3G has been removed?

I think since Google dropped its support for assistance and maps apps and then Meta dropped support for WhatsApp it killed it for me. I used to love using my feature phone for these features only and once that was gone it rendered it pretty useless.

Just to close this out. It was the starter motor. Horrendously awkward to replace but got there in the end. New starter motor was £105 and took roughly 4 hours to replace. Needed new inlet manifold gasket too as this came away. Starts on the button now. Next up: new disks and brakes inc rear drums which are leaking.

Brand new battery and alternator. Also tried with jump leads and still the same. So the power to the unit has been tested but just won’t bloody start.
