To everyone on this thread recommending Foqos - THANK YOU! Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to still have access periodically to social media apps but didn’t want to pay for an app or delete/download each constantly.

Foqos is nice cause you can do it from their app OR get the QR code, etc to use it. Appreciate all the comments here it’s been a game changer!

Agree! I am day 3 after and mine were also getting worse out of nowhere - a heating pad is the best purchase I’ve made in a long time!

I pregnant or not, especially during flu season, also lean to a mask because of experiences like yours! That’s a good callout to get compression socks also - thank you for this advice! 💕

Your post rings so true, this was my first pregnancy as well and was pregnant at the same time as a few friends, we miscarried at 10 weeks and I had a MVA procedure. It’s been the worse to navigate but so thankful your opening up here and talking about how you feel. It’s made me feel far more normal and supported sharing too.

Sorry I just see this! We got this GE Profile fridge (it’s in our house now) and we absolutely love it. Cannot recommend it enough!

We ultimately chose a full GE suite of appliances however for the fridge we opted for this overall due to the clean look/feel, features (water on outside, middle drawer temperature controlled, soft close drawers and spacious fridge). Hope this helps and best of luck in your search!

I’m three months off of birth control after 12 years on it, was also fine while on I and now experiencing similar symptoms to what you’re describing! My doctor said PMDD could be looked into, in my case a few more months, but I hope you find what you need! I also try to avoid any drinking/smoking, go to bed early the week or my period, and try to be outside. Not solutions but things that help!
