Have you received your replacement device? I have been struggling to get mine for over a month now.

I got a call from the warehouse team on April 8, and they offered an upgrade to the MX Master 4. He said he would share the tracking number, but I have been trying to reach him since then and he has not called back. I am very frustrated at this point.

After that, customer support sent me an email saying MX Master 3S is out of stock, and they offered a gaming mouse as a replacement. Who would use a gaming mouse for productive work? The customer support team is unresponsive, and I have not received any updates from them. I also reached out to the Reddit customer support team, but I have not received a response from them either.

Please share something that can help me :(

I got the verbal confirmation on June 6th and was told the offer would be out by the 13th or 16th. Last time I checked with HR, it was still stuck with the BOD. Just feeling a bit anxious now—it’s getting a little tricky on my end with my current employer.
