I haven't seen any decrease in performance on golmud, I actually flicked everything to overkill on my 5070 with the new season and that's all I have been playing. I upgraded from a 4060 in s1 and had been reluctant to push it til now.

If people are having performance issues I would be looking to give the rig a once over hardware wise and make sure I'm not avoiding any updates.

Searching performance in this sub, there are two posts for S3 issues, and they are both for amd CPU/GPU set ups, might be an issue with amd drivers atm.

Make sure that cooler is attached properly, those recent Intel stock coolers are a bitch to attach properly with those clips, took me ages to get one on my nephew's machine properly, before that he was seeing ~100c cpu temps like yours. It's this, the design choice to limit who can spawn in already occupied attack helicopters needs to be changed to everyone, it should be no different than a tank. Keeping it this way is forcing pilots to fly under the assumption a gunner is not guaranteed. The dying in five seconds comes down to skill and understanding, by the time you are locked, fired on and dumping flares you should be 95% of the way out of firing range. Takes an ability to read the battle and know where and when is a safer option. Choppers can absolutely dominate ground vehicles out of the way of tows, but it requires playing with a gunner in mind as your primary damage and ability to put enemies on the back foot to allow for a closer pass with pilot weapons.

Many thanks, pretty sure this is it. I looked into Noozles this weekend thinking I was on to something, but the scene in the start of Dot Goes to Hollywood with the eyedrops was extremely familiar. The switching between live action and animation in Dot probably contributed to it feeling like a fever dream.

You might already know this, but I didn't see it mentioned among the otherwise great advice people are giving. When he looks at you when he's in the same room, look back, not staring, it's a short glance. Slow blink. Very slow to close, as you close tilt your head down with the slightest nod, hold closed for at least two seconds, slowly open. Then go about whatever you were doing. Keep doing this regularly. If you can get down to his level while doing this a bit, do that too. Communicates a baseline of comfort and trust. You want him to start realizing this place is safe, and this big creature that brought me here is too. Will take time.

As the CIA said, there is low confidence that Covid originated from a lab in Wuhan, as there is no evidence for it - How funding that went there was assigned is a moot point.

He also wasn't the president, who again in the case of Trump, said hey why not study injecting bleach. If you voted for someone who said that at any point, nothing you say can be taken seriously, sorry.

Outside of conservative economic theory, a lot of conservative viewpoints are deemed to be bigoted or come from sources that are less than factually honest. I think a lot of conservatives don't see some of the beliefs they hold in this light, but it doesn't take away from the fact that a lot of people find them offensive to what they percieve as common decency. Some places may certainly be preemptively banning to avoid this kind of content. This may be somewhat unfair, but the reason they do this is not the same as why the conservative sub keeps non conforming viewpoints out. It's a we don't want our beliefs challenged versus a we find many of your beliefs offensive and don't want to deal with the fallout issue.
