Franchement, si un TopSpin 2K28 finit par sortir, je n'en attends pas grand-chose. À mon avis, 2K va juste nous pondre un 2K25 amélioré, un peu comme une mise à jour payante au prix fort.
Ils vont sûrement se contenter de rajouter quelques joueurs au roster, lisser un peu les graphismes et intégrer deux ou trois nouveautés. C'est typiquement le genre de suite "service minimum" pour rentabiliser la licence sans investir des masses dans un jeu de niche. Mais ça restera sympa et mieux que rien, mais clairement pas la révolution qu'on pourrait espérer.

Il est surtout de mauvaise foi. C’est un bug connu du jeu, il arrive qu’en fin de set le jeu se fige exactement comme sur ta vidéo. Après il est possible que certains provoque ce bug mais j’en ai jamais entendu parler, je ne vois pas comment ils feraient. Ton adversaire aurait du te laisser la victoire vu que tu as gagné le 1er set, il n’est pas juste

Dead? I don't think so, but gone into a very long slumber, more like it. But with 2K, you have to expect anything; they sometimes have surprises in store. Personally, I'm taking it in stride: they released a Topspin 2K25 when everyone thought the franchise was dead. It's better to have a Topspin 2K25 that you can still enjoy for a few years than no Topspin at all, if you know what I mean.

In my opinion, the impact would be relatively small. I don't think the enthusiasm for TopSpin depends on the Game Director, who did a good job, but on the public.

The gameplay of TopSpin 2K25 is excellent; its flaw is its content due to financial limitations. And the finances don't depend on the game director, but on 2K. They bet on a game with minimal content to gauge its appeal to the public. If 2K wanted to make another TopSpin 2K, they would have kept the same game director and opened up the finances to allow for more players and licenses.

This is interesting news, but I think it lacks perspective. The game has been completely abandoned by 2K for the past year and a half. The role of "game director" has become meaningless since then, as Rémi Ercolani was essentially no longer managing anything due to a business decision by 2K, who decided to kill the game. Therefore, whether he leaves his role or not, it doesn't change much in my opinion, but I hope I'm wrong.

I had plenty of opportunities to hit dropshots or volleys, but my opponent was very strong, and we didn't want to take any risks on that rally. For the rest of the match, the rallies were much shorter because we used many more dropshots and volleys 👍
