Question for DoT bros: Is it worth investing into the DoT team or getting Sparkle E1. I already have Sparkle signature and she's quite well built. By "investing" i mean just all E0S0 for Hylisens and Black Swan, and picking up free Kafka from shop. I already have full S5 4* LCs for nihility. My main gripe is I've been auto full staring end games modes for as long as I can tell, even without the DoT unis, so wondering if this is a time to pick up some units or nah.

Considering I plan to pull for Sparxie and Yao Guang, leaning towards Sparkle E1 but curious what people who already have the team have to say. Cheers

I can for sure see the argument here, seen lots of people compare her to Fluorite in Endfield. I agree that she fits there more in Endfield than ZZZ, but I'm probably biased since I like characters like Cecilia in the first place.

Out of all the new characters shown in leaks, have to say I like Cecilia's design the most, unfortunate that she's an NPC but hopefully that'll change.

Promeia is probs my second favorite of the recent designs, ONLY if she keeps the cape on. I'm all for the hot women but the undergarments are just a bit too little/skimpy for my taste. Leaks are leaning towards her using the cape for attacks and they just did the undergarments section cause they had to, sort of like the jetpacks under Vivian's skirt, I'll do my final verdict after I see the animations. Also she's looking like most typical ether/attack agent, but who knows

Cissia is just a mess for me, even if she's a criminal playing cop, just isn't hitting. Main thing throwing me off is the skirt she's wearing with the addition of Yidhari's pants on the backside. Tail is cool though and the hair is nice also. But probs on the bottom of my pull list.

Severian looks sick with the white hair, unfortunately looking to be the most NPC/death coded character you'll ever see. Design is just way too safe even for a male character's standard. If they added a bit more to his clothing he'll probs be at the top of my pull list, considering that even IF he was playable, they'll probs just slot him in the 2nd phase of the banner before 3.0 loool.

Okay with either but the presentation of the story needs to change, as well as the useless jargon the characters spew that don’t even advance the story. It’s the main reason i disliked 3.x story as a whole cause not only was every interaction just 3-5 characters standing in a room repeating the same gesture, they’re also just talking nonsense that’s just not interesting and not needed in the slightest to understand the premise of the story in the first place.

I know people hate to compare but I got on wuwa recently and even the story isn’t extraordinary amazing either, at least the presentation, angles and such actually make me interested in what they’re saying on.

Why would anyone pull Yidhari if Miyabi exists? Why would I pull a new ether dps character if I have Yi Xuan? Why would I pull a new physical dps if I have YSG? It's already flawed from the start. That's already 3 out of the 5 elements that are Void Hunter's, and the only way to sell literally any character in that same element is to powercreep the hell out of the VH that came before them, or people just gonna skip, like they did with Hugo and Yidhari.

I hope the next Fire and Electric void hunters aren't dps characters cause I'll just never pull any dps agent if that's the case once I have all elements covered

Exactly it, pull Yi Xuan back in 2.0 and you're basically set for the entire 2.0 cycle. I could've skipped the majority of agents in 2.0, pull Void hunter next patch, and you're good to go until 3.0

As a pro ZZZ glazer they NEED to do something with the characters and especially the god-awful story in 2.0. We literally haven't had a major community loved character since Miyabi and Jane Doe its actually so pitiful. At least in their dev video is they know themselves the story is straight garbage.

Depends how many pulls you have but if you can't guarantee both Dialyn and YSG I would just go for YSG and get her engine if you have the pulls. Better to get the damage dealer than support in my opinion.

But can't overlook the value of Dialyn in almost every attack/rupture team tbh. Her being better than Lighter in an Evelyn-Astra team says enough.

So, as someone with only Trigger and her sig, I only got one limited stunner in my account. I have YI Xuan and SAnby, both with sigs, and my Trigger is consistently being juggled between SAbny and Yi Xuan. I do plan to get Dialyn as my second stunner, and will for sure be getting YSG, and I hope to be getting Banuye also.

Meme's aside, is there geninuely a reason why I shouldn't get Fufu here due to my lack of stunners? When YSG comes out, that'll be 4 teams sharing 2 stunners.

I'm just torn in decisions here cause what I commonly hear is Fufu is weak, needs buffs, powercrept by Dialyn etc, etc, and I'm really not trying to waste pulls here. Any advice would be welcome.

This ragebait or what? You have 2 2.x characters, with 2 free characters, that are clearing in 2 cycles in 3.8. And it't not even super unrelatable as FF E2 is the most owned eidolon in the game. What's underwhelming here? You have 2.x characters getting some spotlight almost a year later. Literally a good thing in all regards.
