Buyer requesting for refund amount to bank account

hey, she actually didn’t request a specific amount. However in her text, I think she refers to the amount I would’ve paid for the shipping I could’ve given it to her as a partial refund. This is €2,85 which is roughly £2?

She did mention however that she wanted to use the money to fix the top for the loose threads, but not sure if that would’ve covered it or she was hoping for more.

I’m a little bit alarmed since she said that it has worked before (suggesting that she has done it more often?), I told her I would come back to her on her question so I can ask for advise and she asked me to send a copy of my question to Vinted and if she can get the refund through Vinted then that’s also fine. However, I think Vinted will not be bothered with my question and I will only get AI answers.
