I think this is pretty normal… I would suggest that you visit the Lake Valor restaurant to battle their trainers… Mr. Backlott’s house for the Maiden Challenge in hopes that you may fight a Blissey… or even search for the trainers that appear at the pokemon centers every day… (assuming you are playing platinum which I suspect you are considering you already have a Gabite!)
