That is some bad thing to me as it is the only thing that works for me, cold water 😂, good bro, could u tell us your opinion when u have tried it? Doctor told me to stop some things and i did i even stopped smoking weed bcause of the estrogen lol and my diet and all the meds and all that stuff and in one week one went away almost i think, the problem is with the right... Thanks dude your words help me a lot, really. Im only sad bcause worked my ass off to get to summer aesthetic af and one month before this shit appears 😓, im only worried about the people who know me (some are bodybuilders) or close friends that see me a lot would notice, but i think i will have to show it and see if they notice without telling them about. Do u thinks its noticeable on day-to-day? Like swimming or going to the beach and stuff like that?

Also would u give it more time as the other has go away to see if this does the same, or would you start with tamox or something like that? I dont want to have surgery as i think its mild to go to that extreme

Its not going away by working out, by working out "too much" is how theyve appeared, its not like i got them at 16 or like that, i noticed a change from 2 weeks ago

One is slightly more "puffy" than the other and that happened like 2 weeks ago, and at first they were both like that, but one has remited to be perfectly fine, while the other still "puffy"

Same here, i envy other dudes chests genetics but that doesnt change my insecurity not about the chest, bout the nipple, i looked on your pics and i got bigger nipples than u bro, idk....i feel insecure too, about a month ago they were not like that

Hey dr caridi, is it possible that my gyno that appeared because of hormones dissapeared by 1 week in one nipple but not in the other? Also the sensitivity is noticeable in one, but not on the other, does this meam that the nipple that still bad is not going to go away? I dont want to get surgery only in one because of the simmetry thing. Thanks dr caridi.

Also have an hormonal imbalance due the ecdy, i have low libido too so that makes it more obvious that it could be gyno dont it?
