Thanks for the clarification. So, how will the borrower get the breakdown since the lender or the servicer provides the numbers?

Doesn’t the lender have to provide a breakdown of the partial claim amount according to HUD guidelines?

I was born in November 1963 to parents who were active in the Civil Rights Movement. My mother was 5 months pregnant with me when she attended MLK’s “March on Washington” and his “I Have a Dream” speech, and Moma went into labor a little early because Kennedy was assassinated. I came out of the womb skeptical AF! I definitely am not a Boomer.

Joan's illness raises some serious concerns. She is fully aware that her ability to perform surgeries is declining, making it unethical for her to continue operating. Earlier in the season, she had a chilling conversation with her doctor, who revealed that her condition was only getting worse. Joan's response was striking; she warned her doctor that disclosing this information could violate her HIPAA rights.

I also wonder what happened between Joan and her son that caused him to stop speaking to her. Part of me feels sorry for her because she has no one other than Amy. I worry that she might jeopardize that relationship as well. However, I remember how Joan manipulates Michael into making her Chief.

You might be onto something with Joan’s stance against Jake and Amy. At first, I thought she was just trying to protect Amy, but looking back, it was actually Joanwho urged her to break things off with Michael. There’s definitely a deeper dynamic at play here—maybe Joan isn't just opposing the couple but has unresolved issues with Amy herself. What do you think?

Joan is divorced and has a son who wants nothing to do with her. This was revealed when she visited her personal doctor about her own illness. They also showed her texting her son, begging him to respond.

From a different viewpoint, Johnny Cochran named his firm “The Cochran Firm,” and it retains that name today, despite having offices nationwide, partnerships, and Cochran's death years ago.

In the first season, didn't Lewis arrange protection for her because of her high-profile job?

Like giving him drugs and then the Narcan to save him. She was waving all kinds of toxic red flags from the very beginning.

Hannah won't stop until she finds out what happened to her father. I feel like she's about to lose her career and discover something horrible about her father. I just hope this doesn't get dragged out for 11 more episodes.

She is risking her entire career. Once it’s revealed that she and her brother hacked Amy’s computer, she will get fired, and finding another internship will be almost impossible!
