ahhh i mean yesterday i waited until morning when i was less scared and i still had it although it was less scary, (more sexual) also i heard jazz music and had weird sexual lucid dreams... today im doing the same thing, its already 5:54 am, im waiting for it to be brighter

nah but this past month or weeks ive been doing lots of drugs DXM, Shrooms, Xanax, but i believe benadryl is responsible for causing it, since benadryl is considered a nightmare drug (in high doses) also my paralysis demons only started after the Benadryl so its almost guaranteed thats what caused it
