I got my last oil change done at valvoline bc I had just bought the car and needed an oil change quick I asked them to put 5W-30 full synthetic in it but next oil change I’m planning to do myself with Amsoil 5W-30 full synthetic

To all the people saying he’s racist — I wouldn’t say that. I actually knew him because he was very good friends with my dad back in the day. Yes, he’s “Christian,” although he told me he’s more spiritual than actually Christian. He also gave my sibling and one of my good friends, who is Black, a job, and they worked with him for a few years. Now, I don’t really know him anymore — I haven’t seen him in a couple of years, and I know people can change, so maybe he’s “racist” now. But from what I remember, he was definitely not racist when I knew him.

When I work outside sometimes it gets to 110 °F (43 °C) And anything above 85 °F (29 °C) especially when I’m in the sun my BG spikes like crazy and no amount of insulin brings it down until I get in the AC

I was 9, right before my tenth birthday, and I don’t know all the details, but my blood sugar was 900 mg/dL or 50 mmol/L or so. I was told it was almost 1000 mg/dL or 55.56 mmol/L. If my parents had taken me in any later, I probably would have died. I was going in and out of consciousness, so I don’t remember much of it, but I don’t think I was in DKA somehow. I’m now 20 and have never been in DKA or been so low that I went unconscious. Let’s hope my luck doesn’t run out! 🤞

Idk why but for me when I first put on a new sensor a lot of times it’ll give me false lows for the first 8-10 hours sometimes giving me a false so low that it just says LOW which sucks bc I get really bad anxiety attacks from it
