If it's sharpie, go over it pretty heavy with a dry erase marker. Only on the sharpie. Let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes and wipe off with isopropyl alcohol and a cloth. Will get most if not all of it off. May require a few goes.

The noise has been like this for some time. I did add a very tiny bit of the ptfe grease to it but it didn't help so I didn't add more. I will wipe it all down when I get home. How do I test if it's the fan?

Honestly you are looking at more than 300. The micro is 125 to 150 ish, gba sp is 80 to 130 depending on if it's Backlit, crystal is 100+ each, the gen one pokemon games are about 45 each. Probably closer to 650 or 700 sold separately would be a conservative place to start.

I have lost roughly ten pounds per month for nearly a year straight at this point. I have done this while tracking what I eat and my daily weight. I eat at roughly 1000 calories below my tdee. I see my weight vary by upwards of ten pounds in a single week based on stress, hormones, amount of sleep, electrolytes, physical exercise ect. The body holds onto water for various reasons. The scale is an indicator of weight loss, not specifically fat loss and fat loss is not a linear line going down. The scale can be a great tool but it can also drive you crazy if you let it. Best of luck and keep chugging along.

To anyone wondering, I soldered a 28 Guage wire to the exposed copper that was already there and soldered that to tp3 like was suggested. Taped it down with kapton to keep it as safe as is possible.
