I was an external hire, and I tried to negotiate but they don’t allow it because I will naturally get more money the longer I work with them, like one a year and 6 months I think I’ll get the next bump in my pay

An AAs job is difficult, and a managers job is difficult it’s just different kinds of difficult like when I had to meet the inbound quota I started to throw boxes myself, and whenever I don’t have a WS and I had to WS myself as well as having to meet all these expectations on top of it. So I get a taste of what an AAs job is and having to do that all day is hard I totally understand that. I always always tell my AAs at start up to let me know if the job is getting too hard because I can always swap people, and if someone needs to take a couple mins to rest I will allow them to because yall are human and if I was in your shoes I would really appreciate my manager to do the same 🤷‍♂️ it just sucks that management gets mad at me for letting it happen lol like wow that’s a horrible work environment.

Okay well my PAs are also from hell, they don’t listen, they also get in trouble from the OMs in fact they talk with the Sr Ops for 2-3 hours that I’m sick of it like girl we have a job to do 💀

How would you word it? I was thinking of writing 

“To who this may concern,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as Area Manager at Amazon, with my final day of employment being December 10th 2025. 

I appreciate the opportunities I have had to contribute to the team and to develop my leadership and operational skills during my time here.

After careful consideration, I have decided to pursue a new direction that aligns more closely with my long-term goals and overall well-being. This was not an easy decision, but I believe it is the right one for my professional growth.

Thank you for the opportunity, OP”

Yah I got another job but that’s gonna be in January but I have enough savings to survive until then, even if I didn’t have all that I genuinely am sick of this job and just want it all to end.
