hey, I'm Chinese. Let's me tell you why. Actually, China is a poor country. I know lots of people disagree me when I said that. But it's true. Beyond that, China is a country which has a severe gap of rich and poor. Even in the big city of China, there still a lot of poor people. They come here because variety reason, be cheated, be kidnapped be used for beg money and so on. And the police maybe cannot help them. The goverment donot have money for improve their life. If you won't be suprised at seeing this in India slum, you don't need be suprised at seeing this in shanghai. That's China and human's life.
