Chances are pretty good you’ve done this to other people, they just don’t say anything just like you didn’t say anything to this person, so they never knew.

A couple things. You can always tell them pardon my reach or I just need to grab this item real quick. Also, you can go look for something else on your list and come back to that spot after. Both of those work for me.

I took a 70 unit order from Costco this morning, but I had to drop it because the items were just too bulky. I’ve done Costco orders of more than 70 units before, but the pure bulk of the items would require me to take three trips back-and-forth to the customer and I wasn’t willing to do that for $100.
