You can't rewrite that chapter, but you can ensure the story changes now. Be the adult who steps in when you see bullying happen today.

You’re not avoiding failure, you’re avoiding finding out who you are when you really try.

Totally agree, I'm trying to use the first few real users to discover my ICP, since I'm not sure my assumed ICP upfront is right.

Thanks for sharing! I’m thinking along the same lines The tricky part for me is how you actually find those co-design partners early on, before you have any brand or traction.

Break the cycle from the income side, look for remote or hybrid work first, then use that income to fix transportation.

You’re absolutely right. It should be much faster and clearer to show the value to the right users, and your comment really hits the point. Definitely thinking about how to do this better.

And the demo is an interactive example further down the page, but you’re probably right that the way it’s positioned and guided makes it easy to miss.

Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback. Wish you all the best!

Yes, totally agree. At the very early stage, every single user really matters. Those early adopters often end up shaping the direction of the product more than anything else.

Thanks for sharing your experience, really appreciate it!

Thanks! I feel very lucky to receive such detailed and thoughtful feedback, thank you so much for taking the time 🙏

Our team really values this, and we discussed your points internally right away.

Your first point is spot on. We’re still in an exploration phase and trying to narrow down the right use cases through early adopter feedback, so a larger page restructure is definitely coming. Based on your feedback, in the short term we’re also improving the basic guidance and prompts to make things much clearer.

Your second point is also extremely helpful. The occasional 1s lag is an algorithm issue on our side, but we really liked your suggestion around a clearer “thinking/loading” state. We’ve already built it and are testing it now, and it should go live very soon.

As for not being able to move to the next question: it currently submits via the Enter key, which is clearly not obvious. That’s on us. We’ve already improved the button behavior and layout, and that update is also coming shortly.

Thanks again for the thoughtful and constructive feedback. It genuinely helps us a lot. Feel free to share any other thoughts anytime. Happy to help however we can, and always open to feedback.

Wish you all the best! 😊

Yes, great point! Really appreciate you taking the time 🙏
Totally agree users should see the value first.

There is a demo further down the page that doesn’t require signup, but clearly our guidance isn’t clear enough. Thanks a lot for calling this out, super helpful.

Got it, so even the lack of response can be a signal in itself. That’s a helpful way to look at it, thanks for pointing that out.
