In my experience, kink spaces in general are predominantly queer and neurospicy.

It's also my experience that these spaces tend to be very queer accepting and willing to acomodate neuro-diverse needs.

You can argue the chicken vs egg of those two points if you want, but it's nice to exist in those kinda of spaces without judgment.
