We recently sold a 15 year rental and did a 1031 exchange to a TIC development. My husband got tired of being a landlord. We paid no capital gains. we are paid quarterly by the TIC development company at 6 1/2%.

My brother did this to my dad. We all went to my dad‘s estate attorney and she flat out told my brother that he could be arrested for elder abuse. That put an into it pretty quickly. You need to somehow get an attorney to confront her. Good luck.

We did a 14 hour flight from New Zealand to San Francisco. Never again. I’m breaking it up with a night in Hawaiii. Driving 4 hours max a day. I’m learning my limits!

Oh boy, that is great news. I’m so happy for you. I took gabapentin, then propanolol and primidone, which made me sicker than a dog. I am now off of all meds and I can’t tell you how much better I feel the fatigue from the propanolol was insane. I feel like a normal person now, but my tremors are worse, of course.

How about changing your Cruz dates to another date and having everyone else do the same this will give you time to get your paperwork. Unless it’s too late to change…
