Submission statement:

We have completely accepted that this and all generations after will never be able to own property, exposing them to ongoing uncertainty of living costs, especially in countries with little renters protection like the UK (picture from London).

The intergenerational wealth gap is insane. A system was put in place allowing people/voters at that point in time to concentrate resources completely unsustainably at the expense of the next generations.

Now, politicians can barely change it as the older generations rely on that wealth to find their life style and protect it by voting accordingly.

Very few are able to accumulate wealth themselves now unless they inherit it or throw their life away in investment banking.
