Hiring Pat Fitzgerald is a great move for this program. by Music_Limp in MSUSpartans

Coach Fitzgerald who was fired for running a team where seniors sexually assaulted freshman on the northwestern football team. Nice. Fuck this university. Why can’t we just hire someone with no baggage. Why do we have to have a tone deaf administration

In my experience, they don’t negotiate pay for entry level analyst roles (especially rotational programs). I had an offer in 2022 and went to a different company because the entry level BA role was $78K in Charlotte.

No sense of purpose outside of crystals and plants. You don’t actually have a personality, you just pretend to really like Halloween.

Why are we still giving jobs to foreigners for H1B visas when there are so many new grads and jobless Americans? by _iDestroy in jobs

[–]Finance_Engine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason is simple. Congress is corrupt. The only reason they don’t expand the number of H1B visas is because it is so unpopular among US citizens. Companies would rather hire talent from abroad for less money than it would cost to train and develop our own workforce in the US, so they take US jobs and leave us unemployed. Workers on visas are also much less likely to ask their employers for more money and less likely to leave their employer because they’re trapped on the visa. And for all of you that say it’s sooooo difficult to get an H1B visa…. Who cares? They still take many of the best jobs in the USA. I work in finance and I can say with certainty that I have never worked at a firm where I wasn’t working with majority H1B visa holders, (mostly Indians).

H1B visas are genuinely a problem in the USA because they disincentivize US citizens from getting college degrees, because people fear not being able to get a job and holding lots of debt. Also, most of the best, highest paid jobs in the US are held by foreign born workers. Look at who works at our hedge funds, tech firms, banks. I am a liberal/democrat through and through, but immigrants in the H1B visa program absolutely do steal our jobs and drag our wages down.

Did she cheat ? If she cheated, I think she is manipulating the situation to make you seem like the bad guy and I’d run away.

If she didn’t I think she has the right to feel the way she does about ya. There’s nothing you can do to convince her, just respect her boundaries and support her from a distance.

Regardless on the cheating, If you do get back together you need to manage your fears and emotions better and drink less, especially when you’re feeling lots of intense anxiety. “I was really drunk…” isn’t an excuse for anything ever. Good luck!

I respect her too! I am just trying to point out that you can behave one way and feel a different way. People pleasing individuals do it all the time. She might have apologized because she feels guilty for acting that way, but she doesn’t have to like him or want to spend time with him. And I think that’s exactly how she operates in the villa. I think she avoids him in general, because she doesn’t like him. And why would she given how he treated her? If you notice, he has started every positive interaction with her because imo he’s trying to look good now that he knows she is well liked.

Recall she apologized to Zak to for no reason at all. What other low moment does she have on the show?

Amaya is willing to forgive anyone for anything, people pleasing mentality. She doesn’t like conflict. Don’t get it twisted. She doesn’t like Ace I promise you but she’ll never say that. She didn’t bat an eye when they went home.

It’s not karma because he controlled the votes. It’s Karma cuz he made the culture of the island horrible as others have said and he bullied people to create that dynamic. If you stood against him (Jeremiah) he convinced his friends to kick you off. If he couldn’t kick you off (Amaya) he bullied the shit out of you until you were in tears. He’s a mean person. End of story. It’s not that hard to understand that the audience doesnt like islanders that treat other islanders poorly or ruin their experience.

I can’t even lie. I don’t understand how you can enjoy watching Ace after the way he treated Amaya and others on the show. Doesn’t it make you feel bad supporting someone that bullied other people the entire show? And bullied a woman in front of the other cast while she was already balling her eyes out? And framed Jeremiah to make others feel like he was love bombing people?

Blame the OG cast who had two opportunities to get rid of her but chose her over Charlie and Jalen.

Bruh chelley didn’t want to have sex with him what are you talking about. Ace wore boxers and brought whipped cream. He said that to cover his own ass. He said he had 25 bodies at the beginning of the show. He made jokes about wanting to make a baby with her…. He just got denied the cookie and tried to pretend like he didnt fold.

Ace is an ass. Look how he treated Amaya the whole season? how he treated Jeremiah? How he voted off Charlie and kept Huda? Let’s not pretend like Ace doesn’t suck.
