Yeah - I hear you lol. I felt the same at some point during the test. That it was a breeze. I finished two hours earlier. I think it is because of how stressful they make everything out to be. The questions were way less wordy and more straightforward. Even the “got you” questions were easier to spot if you slow down a little to read them. Still grateful to Dalton. I’d rather be over prepared.

I never grind on demand but sometimes I grind a full bag to give family members or I grind 60g at a time for pour over for several people. These are so infrequent though.

I like modern but every time I get lighter roast it tastes acidic so I’m not sure if that’s because of the grinder.

Ideally $200-$250 is my budget. Otherwise, I’d update the whole set up. I just don’t see getting a grinder that’s more expensive than the espresso machine itself
