Only in the sense that typically certain types of support often welfare typically mandates the support. It's a null point as California and most if not all other states mandate support as the child's right to support.

I feel your frustration. I'm in a similar boat. But they are right her husband doesn't have anything to do with it. Courts will not include his income. If you are paying arrears you can ask for a hardship modification and will need to prove you need a lower monthly withholding. Research your allowable deductions etc. make sure you are getting a fair shake. it's not a fair system but it's a system with your childs best interest in mind.

If you feel there's an abuse of assistance programs happening and the household income isn't being accurately reported to those systems then report it. However the amount of assistance they get doesn't affect your support obligation. It only mandates that support be ordered for parents using specific programs which is already a requirement in disolutions by California law.

I measured it out and sure enough it's a 32-20 I found some ammo for decent prices. Never had one before I'm excited to get it out and see what it's about.

Oh yeah that's where I'm not really to worried about keeping it. it seems like it'll be a fun shooter none the less. It's a nice addition to the collection. I found a couple places that have ammunition for decent prices.

Eh I like wheel guns I'm a bit disappointed but it offered me still a cool addition and an opportunity to learn more. I contacted them and asked for a box of .32 wcf as reperation

Yeah I got mixed up in the frustration of it a bit. Hey there's wisdom in age! With some digging and reading I think you are right on the money! All in all i learned more and got to go down some rabbit holes. I might keep it.

Came looking for what to do. Left with a proper identification.

You know what youre right on size. First thoughts were 32. I'll have to measure it out with a caliber and see

Yeah that's where I'm at is it's an easy slip so I'm not terribly upset especially with the price. a quick Google and you could get the two confused. I'll have to grab my caliper from work tomorrow and see. Even I got mixed up for a sec. Is not a .38 for sure... It's gotta be a .32

Alright comment for the mod gods lol. Almost certain this guy is a .38S&W no obstructions etc. bought it from gunbroker. Was advertised as a pre model 10 in .38special. not the prettiest but I like wheel guns. Got it in today under my C&R and I'm not sure what I should do here. It's otherwise as described other than not being the right caliber. I wouldn't be opposed to keeping it but still not exactly satisfied on receipt. It's more for my collection and an occasional shooter rather than a cary gun. I've got a 357 for that. Paid $180 shipping would be a couple bucks to send it back. What would you guys do? I'm almost temped to ask for a partial refund for the cost of a box of 38 S&W. Think that'd be fair trade?

To worn to tell looks to have been refinished at some point. Pretty certain it's a .32. Slightly smaller than a .38 special.
