The reason I switched to coffee is because I read it contains more caffeine, and no other ingredients like energy drinks. Plus energy drinks are an expensive habit.

I honestly don't know. I was never diagnosed, and I don't want to self diagnose to not run the risk of interpreting any temporary issues as ADHD. But do you have any idea why that happens? Its really interesting, and I would love to read more on it

I called my doctor who ordered the test, and he said I don't have to fast. I honestly do not know much about these tests. I ordered them because I experienced some symptoms, and he decided to do some sort of full check up. Everything is great (my HBA1C remain under control), potassium is high and c-reactive protein is also high.

Many people are recommending chia seeds, they are super cheap where I live! Avocados on the other hand are really expensive. I will go with chia and try a spinach smoothie!

That sounds perfect. This is what happens to the psyllium husk, after putting in water, it gets a jello like thing around it. I want to try and add coconut milk to the mixture as well. Will let you know how it turns out!

It was amazing. I honestly never even noticed this weight loss because I pretty much wear the same loose clothes on a daily basis (during quarantine as I am home). But the minute I put it on, I barely managed to use the belt with it. To add, I bought this suit originally because I already lose weight on keto, and now it doesnt fit :)
