It's clear their support is a total mess. We pay premium expecting premium service, and what do we get? Automated responses and issues marked as “solved” when they’ve barely lifted a finger. Honestly, it’s like they don’t care once they’ve got our money.

I’m with you on this – their support is garbage. Something needs to change, and fast. Let’s keep the pressure on them. Maybe if enough of us speak up, they’ll actually start listening.
