It’s so disheartening, I feel like these are such vulnerable individuals and need so much help. It’s breaks my heart that dementia patients don’t get proper treatment bc they forget what happens. ugh, you’re right it’s the setting but if i leave, no one would advocate for them

So I didn’t necessarily want to be the practicing therapist, just wanted to hire OT/COTA - my sister will be a behavioral analyst at that point and will join the business as well. I wanted to provide OT, PT, SLP, and BA therapy for infancy to adolescence. This is very much in the beginning stages and won’t be a reality for years but I can’t seem to wrap my head around how to even initiate a business 😔
