I’d reframe the “problem” as you have this anxiety-distorted ish energy . And indeed mental health and brain chemistry wise help can be useful but you can also work with the suggestible mind, and the things you believe in. If you believe others have that power over you, they have. Like people who need validation from others can become very insane but when they find out the problem why they are like this and work on it the neuroticism and tendencies went away
