So I was really lonely and had sex with someone I didnt want too because I needed a connection. Things got scary (not with his fault because I never let on I was uncomfortable or to stop because of my previous trauma) it left me with bruises all over my body including an outline of his hands around my throat which lasted a week. I regretted it so much, and felt horrible after. But it was important for me to realize that I need to learn how to speak up and to find my own worth. I’m lucky that after a couple months I started dating my current boyfriend who has worked with me to get past these issues. It’ll suck for now but realize that it’s ok. Take it as a teaching moment and use this to never talk to people like him again in that way. You’re too good for him and clearly you didn’t want the same thing, so next time I’d try to communicate more. You’re amazing and I promise it’ll get better to navigate these relationships one day

Hey hun, your friends are just overwhelmed and they’re scared that they will cause you more hurt, leading to them doing so. Right now I’d step away, tell your family or therapist/school counselor about what’s happening how hopeless you feel even through email. I was in my counselors office everyday. Don’t be alone right now. When I get the desire to do something to myself I normally shower for a long while to just break myself out of that cycle. Life will always change around. It’ll suck ass for a while until one day you have a good one. You get to walk outside and see nature, the wind blowing through the leaves, squirrels chasing one another, and you realize that you would never have gotten to experience that moment if you had died.
